Blue and Orange DRAAAAAAGGGGG!!!!!!

The nails this blog is about were inspired by someone I watched on Youtube. Her name is ilovemylongnails and she has a ton of awesome designs so visit her page. What I used on my nails  were two colors, Sun Kissed by Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear, a bright orange color, and Blue It also by Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear, and a regular threading needle. I chose these two colors because - 1. they are complimentary colors and 2. I was watching an episode of Naruto and they flashed back to when he was younger (to when his jumper was blue and orange instead of the orange and black one he wears now).

First, you need to paint two lines on your nails, one orange the other blue. Make sure the paint is thick so that you can get the colors to actually drag into each other.

Second, take your needle and drag it through the colors so that the colors bleed into each other.

Lastly, make sure the paint has dried into the design, so the colors won't mix when you put on the top coat, and put on your favorite top coat.  I used Sally Hansen   Dries Instantly 30 second Top Coat.

Here are some more designs that I did with the dragging:
I think this one looks the coolest. I tried to make a flame
effect. I used Blue It and Blue me away by Sally Hansen.

I think I like this one the best. This one  isWear and Ivy League
 Hot Magentaby Sally Hansen Xtreme

I was trying to recreate what i saw here.
I used Sun Kissed and Blue Me Away by Sally Hansen.
I don't really know what I was  trying
to do but  I think it's pretty.

It's So SPARKLLLYYY!!!!!

This design was inspired by another design I saw on pinterest. The design was each nail was painted a different color and then was covered in white dots. To me I thought this was very cute so I wanted to try it. It didn't go to well I decided to do something but still almost like it. The same day my mother got her nails done and on one finger it was covered in rhinstones.  I was already working with some rhinestones to replace dots. So, intead of dots on every finger I covered every other finger with rhinestones. To make the proccess of putting the rhinestones on my mother told me(or tried to) a tip to make it faster. Since I couldn't really understand what she was saying I just tell you how I did it.First, I put Fing'rs body jewlry glue on the end of one of those stick thingies. Then, I dipped the glue end in the rhinestone. Next, I put down a clear top coat over the color on the nail. Lastly, I put the rhinestone on the nail. I did this until the whole nail was covered and moved on to the othe nails. This is the end results.

Big Bang Minx Nails

These nails I saw while looking up something random. They were made by this company called Minx Nails. They have a bus load of awesome designs and polishes and these are a few that a band that I like A LOT wore for what I guess was a magazine or a blog. (The band is Big Bang if you don't know.)

Some Nails I've Been Working On

This was also during my water marbling attempt
but I got frustrated so I pour nail polish on an
index card, mixed it, then dipped the nail in it.
These are just a few of the nails that I have been working on but I"m not too happy with but mostly because of the quality of the pictures. I hope that you can get the point of what I was doing with them any way.
This was during my water marbling attempt  when
I finally gave up. So I decided to just use a tooth pick
and the nail polish.

Starting Off

This is my first blog post on my new blog that I finally got around to making. I'm a little iffy on the name but for now I like it. I am doing this blog so that I can do something constructive with myself. Also do something to include what I do regularly. Which is doing my nails! So I will use this blog to post nail designs that I do as well designs that  I see on the internet or while I'm out and about. So wish me luck and patience!!!
